Below are the step-by-step instructions. It’s important to understand how to use this first before learning how to transfer those AutoText entries to Microsoft Outlook 2016. Highlight the word “psychological” in your document. Click the Insert button located on the ribbon. Go over to “Quick Parts” located toward the far right and click on that.

Microsoft Word's AutoText feature allows you to store blocks of boilerplate text that you can reuse when creating new business documents. When you upgrade to Word 2013, you will find that all of your AutoText entries are missing. The new default document template doesn't include any of the text blocks you may have spent hours creating. You can restore your AutoText entries by using the old default template.
2.
Launch File Explorer from the taskbar in desktop view. If File Explorer isn't on your taskbar, move your pointer to the top-right corner of your screen, click the 'Search' charm, type 'file explorer' into the search field, and select 'File Explorer' from the search results.
3.
Click the address bar in File Explorer, and then enter 'C:%appdata%MicrosoftTemplates”, not including the quotation marks. Press 'Enter.'
4.
Rename the 'Normal.dotm' file to 'Normal2013.dotm'. You can rename the file by right-clicking it, selecting 'Rename,' and typing in the new name.
5.
Rename the 'NormalOld.dotm' file to 'Normal.dotm'.
6.
Close File Explorer and launch Word 2013. Your AutoText blocks will now be available for use in your documents.

Hi,Copy an AutoText entry from one template to another (remember, you can’t store them in regular documents, only in templates) by using the Organizer. The Organizer is another cool tool that is so obscure, nobody can find it, or they can’t figure out what it’s for.Choose ToolsMacroMacros. Hit the Organizer button. Click on the AutoText tab. You’ll note that both sides of the window have templates showing. You may need to close one of them, and open another.Hit the Close button on one side. The Close File button will now say Open File. Open another template. With your source template opened on one side and your destination template opened on the other, select and copy your AutoText entries over to the destination template. Now, whoever you send the template to can use the AutoText entries when they create documents from that template.Regards,Harry Yuan.
